To be honest Idle and Palin are tied for second in my opinion. No telling what the group would be like with out Eric's songs.:D

I don't know, the others have really changed thier styles since the days of Flying Circus. The only one I think would have been able to pull it off better than the people they got would have been Graham Chapman. Since he is a little...dead, I don't think that would have been very possible. Other than that it was one of the best movies I have ever seen.

If you want, but I am sure it would be a success if you went forward with it.

Re: Idle Eric... erm, Eric Idle
Well, let me tell you a story...

Way back in 2002, there was a man in the netherlands called Pim Fortuyn. He wanted to become prime minister. However, he treated problems asif it were easy to find a solution, as if the government had money for everything and as if everyone else did everything the wrong way. He got killed just before the election. His party got 26 out of 150 seats in the parliament (an incredible lot for someone with blatantly wrong ideas), so people voted on a corpse here.

That is the link between Chapman, voting for him and the real world of politics.

Dead people win elections all the time in the US. I am not sure how it works, but it is an interesting concept.

Dead people have won all elections held over 100 years ago.
