 ITIN
I got ITIN for my wife and daughter only in May 2003 (applied in March, 2003).

Can I claim them a dependents for 2002 taxes?

What about for earlier years...2000 and 2001 when I had filed my taxes as single individual? Can I claim that money back?

If otherwise eligible, yes.
