How is this split?
I've been doing a split like this;

Quads/abs
Hamstrings/calves
day off
Shoulders/biceps
Back/triceps
day off

It generally is like that though my days off are not always like that but I dont' do 2 days off in a row and I follow that cycle. I don't train chest as you can see.

Any adjustments that would make this a better split? :D

Re: How is this split?
looks good but here are some things that might help with your legs ( correct me if i am wrong, but i remember reading somewhere that you want to concentrate on them more now)
I am like you and used to seperate my quads and hams! it worked wonders for me! that being said I think you may want to have some time between the two days. Having quads and hamstrings back to back you mine as well have them on the same day ( in my opinion) Example say you do lunges for quads you are stil targeting your hamstrings and glutes..then the next day you go to do lying leg curls they aren't possibly recovered from the days before quad routine. Just my two cents but i believe seperating the two muscle groups may help your legs develop more.
Hope this makes sense to ya!

You have to look at recovery times when designing any type of training routine. Like Christine mentioned you are working your hams and quads at the same time with many movements you may be doing and this will effect the recovery of these muscles. As well you are training shoulders (tris are your secondary mover) and then you train your tris the next day, this may result in overtraining of your tris. Look at the article I wrote called "back to the basics" in the training section on my side of the website. This will give you some examples of routines and how you should put them together. I would be curious to know what your BF thinks about your routine. Also, why are you skipping your chest training? I have an idea why this is the case from your recent pics, but it could be another reason.

Re: How is this split?
I was sort of doing like you said to before, training whatever wasn't hurting and it fell into that pattern. My bf hasn't looked at this split actually. I was doing a program he designed for me until my show and then I've been on my own. He'll design me a program soon when we retest me but I'm just inbetween right now and he's way busier than me at the moment so I figured I wouldn't die on my own ;)
And yes I'm skipping my chest due to my implants.

Thought it was due to the implants. Ok, Im guessing they are under the muscle and your doc told you that you couldnt work your chest for a year? I have trained many women that had cohesive gel implanted under the muscle and they were working their chest within 6 weeks (one within 4) after surgery and had no problems. Just food for thought.

well....
I know some women continue to train chest after and I was but I keep hearing of others that are told not to and then I started to see why. It's not that they'll bust or anything, I know that... but they do look different after a while and not in a good way. The muscles move the implants and more so when you have more muscle, they will start to seperate.... hard to explain but it looked better before when I didnt train chest and I don't feel that not directly training chest will really affect me anyhow. I just don't do presses or pec dec.... I do still do dips and other more indirect chest training.

Re: well....
hmm BGB i can see your reasoning..but wouldnt this affect any type of muscle imbalance..say you work your back out normally and not chest?? one will super compensate for the other over a long period of time no???

Re: well....
Hey BGB, that makes sense. I have seen lots of women where the implant tends to drift to the outer side of the chest. Even though it has also happened to women that dont work out at times.

I would think that doing back work like pulldowns would worsen this issue too. Just because of the extreme stretch of the pec at the top of the movement.

I think you should definately do what you feel is right for you, its a lot of money to spend and you wouldnt want to do anything to change the esthetics in a negative way.
