Home Ward Bound
A little note: In this story The Silver Hawks can transform back and forth from their metal super forms to their human forms due to ever present nanoprobes they were all given on the visits to Earth. Also Flashback is Quicksilver (Jonathan Quick) and Steel Heart's (Emily Heart's) son. The wonders and paradoxes of Time Travel. None of the other Silver Hawks know of Flashback's (Andrew Quick) little secret. his story has The Chicago Family in it.

Prologue:
    Mon*Star sat on his throne when the holo invitation came in from Earth. Worm Man pressed the button and a hologram of a tall raven haired hazel well dressed Italian business man in his mid forties with a well groomed white persian cat on his shoulders now spoke.
     "This is for the Limbo Family I, Achille Valentino, of the Chicago Family graciously invite you to a Family reunion on earth." He said looking right at Mon*Star as instructions were given and Worm Man wrote them down for his boss.
    "You know Worm Man we all could use a little vacation from Limbo. It would be nice. I've never been to Earth but I think Melodia has been there a few times on tour. Those guys in Chicago have class that our little operation seems to lack"
     Meanwhile Steel Will was packing up for leave to Earth with his twin sister Steel Heart and Quick Silver. He ha transformed into his human form. His muscular body was nicely tanned. His eyes a a cold steel grey that sparkled more than usual. His light brown hair had beautiful natural gold highlights. He wore black leather pants that were lose fitting. His red sleveless shirt showed off his powerful muscular arms. He grabbed his black leather jacket. He was thinking that maybe this time on Earth he'd get a tattoo or two.
Though he was happy to go home to Earth he was not happy that his sister had a BOYFRIEND. Even though he had no actual physical evidence, he had to wonder why he could not sence her whenever she had leave. Why she was shielding him unless there was something to hide from him her own brother.
'Damn it sis why the hell do you have to keep things like boyfriends secret from me? 'Steel Will boomed at his twin sister telepathicly
    'Maybe because you are treat me like a three year old. I'm a GROWN WOMAN and who I see, what I do is MY BUSINESS! Maybe if you had someone of your own you wouldn't be so bent on spying on my romantic life. I'm perfectly capable of taking care of myself!' She yelled back telepathicly in her defence.
    "Emily" Quick Silver began. "What do you want to do this time on Earth? We should go visit our son Andrew while we are on Earth."
Quickilver was in his stikingly handsome human form. His slightly wild black hair was a couple inches above his shoulers. the dark sunglasses hid his beautiful slightly Japanese looking almond eyes of a haunting bright blue. He dessed in a navy blue buisness suit with a white shirt with a cherry holo-metal tie.
    "I'll let you surprise me, Jonny. Yeah seeing our son would be great I hope he's well." Steel Heart said blushing. She too was in her human form. Her light brown hair with gold streaks in it was now alowed to be free as it reached her tail bone. Her brightviolet grey eyes sparkled filled with the intence joy of not having to hide her feeling for the man she loved who was of Jonathan Quick. She wore a Channel "little black dress" that was a couple inches above the knee. Her maching pups were her favourite shoes she owned.
    They were getting on the space shuttle and grateful they were taking the earlier one to Earth.
    As they left Steel Will was still in Hawk Haven packing his bags. He wished he could have gotten the earlier flight with his sister in hopes of finding out who this mystery man was.
While back on Limbo the Limbo made arrangements in secret to visit the Chicago mob On Earth.

Home Ward Bound

Condor and Moon Striker left to BrimStar Mon*Star's base of operation because Commander Star Gazer was curious to what was going on and his gut was telling him they were planning something big. He thought it might be some giant heist or perhaps pushing more Bedlamian Dreams to the locals of Limbo.
Condor too had the same intuition as his old friend Star Gazer. It didn't take long before they got to Brim Star and harass Mon*Star.
"You can't come in here without a proper search warrant boys." Mon*Star smiled smugly "We were just curious about what was going on with you Mon*Star." Moon Striker said
"I'm just hanging out with some of the boys and my lovely songbird Melodia. Is it now a crime to spend time with friends? I will have to double check with my lawyer about that" Mon Star mused.
"Last week there was an incident at a genetics lab in Bedlama City on Bedlama. You wouldn't happen to know about it would you?" Condor asked
"Just what I saw in the news. That's awful the lab exploded I think they said and killed all the scientists inside. If you are asking if I had anything to do with it the answer is still no" "Moon Striker we have no hard evidence against them. Let's go."
They left back to Hawk Haven.
"Melodia still you have those pictures don't you?"
"Right here boss she smiled as she pulled out a few holos of her and Bluegrass and a few of Bluegrass's other female friends in a rather compromising position.
"That's what I love most about you Melodia always wanting something remember your beaus behind. I also have a few more pics of The Mayor of Bedlama City and his daughter having a very tender moment too." handing her boss such pretty works of art.
Mon*Star smiled as he looked through the holos. "I love how close knit everyone here in Limbo. Melodia you've been to Earth right?"
"A few times when was on tour with my band"
"What's it like? Are the people as close as they are here"
"Well I remember they they some of the coolest parties.There were some very beautiful places like Hawaii. The smell of the air is sweet and they have such delicious food like mangos, pineapples and coconuts. The people were very nice I thought on Earth. There were lots of pretty things there. Our manager made sure we could get what ever we want. The boys in my band really liked the Earth girls too"
The boys laughed understanding full well what Melodia meant.
"Melodia you'll leave when I do."
A few days later Melodia, HardWare and Mon*Star left for Chicago on Earth with a special present for the Chicago mob.

Mon*Star, Melodia and Hardware got out of the ship sent to them by the Chicago mob.
A couple well dressed Italian businessmen can to greet them.
"Achille Valentino asked for us to escort you 3 to the Family Reunion." the one said
"Will there be any others?"
"The heads of The Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Irish, Russian and South American Families of Chicago will be joining us as well"
"How many Families do you have here?"
"Many on Earth actually. My boss was wondering if you had more than One Family in Limbo?"
"The others ended up having too many Family problems when I first came to Limbo. My Family is the only one to have survived in the End. I wished we could have all united against The Silver Hawks. Our own paranoia, greed and treachery did us all in. The Silver Hawks had only a small part in it. They took advantage of our long seated mistrust, and loathing for each other. Now I make sure that bit of history never repeats itself." Mon* Star said candidly as they all got into a large stretch aero limo of black.
"We use to be that was here too. Then we learned that we could all work together and accomplish more."
They came to an Italian restaurant called Mama Maria's. "We are suppose to meet Mr. Valentino here"
Mon*Star observed the way everything was handled. These guys were very civil and polite. They even looked respectable on the surface.
They walked in and greeted each other like close brothers giving each other big hugs.
"So you must be the head of The Limbo Family." He sad to Mon*Star "Pleased to meet you." He said sincerely
This was a lot different then the way things were run on Limbo Mon*Star observed.
"Pleased to meet you too" Mon*Star said feeling the culture shock setting in.
They took a large table.
"This your girl?" One of the guys asked
"My wife was an innocent victim during the Family Feuds in Limbo. This is Melodia, she's my assistant. Since this is my first time on Earth. It's not hers. She's here to help me understand and explain things that are different here. The short gentleman with me is my weapon's expert. His name is Hardware."
"This is my brother in law Hector's restaurant. They make a nice cannoli but nothing like the kind momma use to make. God rest her soul in Heaven" Achille said fondly.
The chef a short plump man came out to greet everybody.
"Galvano nice to see you" e said and they greeted each other with big hugs. "How's your sister doing? Is that jerk still beating her?"
"She just found out the other day she's 2 months pregnant when she went to the hospital Thursday cause he smashed her head into the wall for not having dinner ready when he got home at 3 in the morning."
"Are she and the baby gonna be ok"
"The doctors say it was a freaking miracle she didn't miscarry."
"She's from the Old Country right."
"She and I moved here to go to college and we both decided to stay in America"
"Tell her to go visit family back home. We'll teach this guy how to respect women. Ya know my papa use to tell me growing that a woman should always be treated with respect and decency. Galvano's brother in law thinks because he's a rich man's son he can do what ever the hell wants. The cops don't do anything for her. So that makes it our business because he is messing with family" Achille explained.
"We take care of our own as well." Mon*Star said having to agree with such tactics.
It reminded Mon*Star of the time that Melodia was forced to get an abortion by one of her boyfriends. All because he didn't want his reputation ruined with a bastard child.
Too bad those damn Silver Hawks had to interfere or else the matter would have been dealt with properly.

Mon*Star observed how business ran on Earth though a lot of things were different some things were the same he noticed.
He learned how there were the Game and Red Light Zones where different things were legal. The Game Zones offered blood sports, vr, holo, cyber halo ware, gambling and such and were perfectly legal too. All this was legal as long as it did not leave the designated Zones. All The Families of course had their legitimate businesses there. It was much like The Light Year limit was for Limbo. Mon*Star observed smiling to himself.
While in The Game Zone he watched as a young man participated in Savage Game. He watched as the tattooed Japanese young man moved quickly and with great ability.
"He's one of Japanese Family's favourite His name's Yuki, like Snow." Achille smiled to Mon*Star.
"In this game they fight till only one person is left standing. Sometimes it gets bloody but a player can quit if he or she thinks they've had enough. A lot of the wealthiest people on the planet come to Zones like this through out the planet." a tall well aged Japanese businessman said.
"Hiro I see your boy is doing quite well" Achille smiled
"He likes to take his time and work the crowd to a frenzy" Hiro said.
"This is the head of The Limbo Family Mon*Star, his weapons expert Hardware and his assistant Melodia. Mon*Star this is Hiro Toshima head of The Japanese Family in Chicago"
Achille introduced
Mon*Star was curious to why all THe Asian Families had tattoos and Achille's Family did not.
"The tattoo identifies who you are. They all have my name and their position in Kanji as well as a person design I choose for each of them. Then added is their own person tattoo. As you can tell most of my Family has part of their finger missing. This is because they made a grave error of judgement and to atone they must cut off part of their finger wrap it in white silk and put into a wooden box and give it to me if their error causes dishonour or something done to them causes great shame then they are required to preform sepuku which is ritual suicide to atone for a great dishonour." Hiro explained casually
Mon*Star understood thought that that was a great idea.
Then the head of The Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese Families came over to introduce themselves
