Hogwarts - The Second Coming.

It is the start of Harry's fourth year at Hogwarts. Sirius Black is in hiding, Alastor Moody is teaching, and the Triwizard Tournament is about to start.

Peter Pettigrew is indeed alive, although the only people that know it are Dumbledore, Remus, Sirius, Ron, Harry and Hermione. He has returned to the service of Lord Voldemort, as well as Barty Crouch JR, who is at Hogwarts, under the guise of Alastor Moody.

The Triwizard Tournament is about to start, something that has not occured for quite a long time. There are new security measures in place though, to make it safer for all. But we all know that rules and measures are there to be broken.
