Hiring someone???
What are everyone's input on hiring someone to do their training and or diet plan?

I have managed to get lean and lose weight on my own by experimenting but now it is time i seek professional help to better my physique!

I just want to know some general PROS and possible CONS to hiring someone you can rely on!

some PROS im thinking:
- you have someone to report back to therefore if you let yourself down you let that person down too ( more motivation!)
- hopefully you get the best and healthiest advice available for your own needs not someone else's needs

**The number one benefit of a GOOD trainer/coach is the knowledge that they pocess. I thought i was doing everything correct then Darrin came along and showed me the right way to do things and wow....was i ever wrong with everything i was doing and thinking from diet to training.

** you have someone you have to be accountable to and someone who wants you to succeed.

**A trainer will have an unbiased opinion and will guide and transform your physique.

**A trainer will push you harder in the gym with safety.

There are sooo many positives:) :)

The only downfall is the $$$--i am a very lucky lady to live with Canada's #1 trainer:)

In my own opinion:\ It is way to go!!! I find that most athletes(including myself) doubt themself,panic,do silly stuff training and dieting wise:( PT takes most worries away and when you do panic they calm you down:p Everything is workout for you and all you ahve to do is to stick to the plan:D Show me any Pro figure girl who has not got PT8o
