**The number one benefit of a GOOD trainer/coach is the knowledge that they pocess. I thought i was doing everything correct then Darrin came along and showed me the right way to do things and wow....was i ever wrong with everything i was doing and thinking from diet to training.
** you have someone you have to be accountable to and someone who wants you to succeed.
**A trainer will have an unbiased opinion and will guide and transform your physique.
**A trainer will push you harder in the gym with safety.
There are sooo many positives
The only downfall is the $$$--i am a very lucky lady to live with Canada's #1 trainer
