Hello all
Hello there,

Not sure what I should put by way of an intro. I'm Ali, I live in New Zealand. My main creative outlet is poetry - free verse, or as I am likely to say, "self-indulgent free verse". :-)

I'm quite passionate about my view that everyone should get the chance to express their creativity. I guess its summed up in this quote I found yesterday...

"The purpose of art is to heal. I believe that every person is a special kind of artist, rather than the common belief that artists are special kinds of people."

Having said that I struggle with creativity a lot, I doubt my abilities, I don't make enough space for it in my life. But don't we all.
