Some names I recognize, I used to post on Leangirl before it disappeared.....was thinking it may have been something personal ....I have that effect on people! Its nice to see another lively forum for the fitness-minded I'm based in the grey and cold United Kingdom, great british summertime has arrived apparently, thats why i'm huddled to my heater at work at this very moment $:\$ I currently train with weights 4 times per week, and am in a constant fight with my body to lose fat, mostly losing that battle but it keeps me busy Look forward to reading more posts Gailx

Hello Gail, I just read your note, I would have replied to you earlier but I have my sister and her family here from the UK, West Yorkshire. I emigrated here 15 years ago and I think my Sis. will not be waiting too long to get her emigration papers rolling.
