Ground Zero...
I don't think they should build any new office space there. It should be a huge memorial garden for the victims to be remembered. Surely office space would be a morbid reminder, whereas a memorial would in some way comfort the still greiving families. It's the least they could ask for... in fact, they shouldn't even need to ask. GWB should have thought about this issue in advance... either that or ask the public what they would like. I've also heard companies willing to build homes on there.

What do you reckon?
Memorial.
Memorial Garden.
Office Blocks.
Apartments.
Other.
