diesel Registered User Posts: 7 (7/25/02 9:10 am) Reply	Glow Plugs for diesel Well I have done only 113000klms and three glows have bit the dust! from jeep they are $139-00 ea, hammond $97-00 each. from champion $39-95each.. So I rang champion and they have no ch163 in stock and sent ch159! 159's wont fit. I am sick of paying $104-00 for a genuine fuel filter and wont pay $140 for a glow when other vehicles after market are as low as $27 ! Any one know if we an tap out a bigger thread in the heads to fit another 11 volt glow ? Can we fit aother type of fuel filter system, say hilux or pajero ? Other problems which have plagued this series two cherokee are leak from air cond. manifold and smell from evporator, leak in evaporator and faultl tx. Since new the air cond has been a constant problem! Can we get a 12volt caravan roof air cond ? It has always been a love hate relationhip with this vehicle. I want to help Jeep get it right eventually any ideas miffed !
