It's used, but completley works and has only very very small scratches. I'm selling it for $65. It comes with recharger, box, etc. It's one sharp looking gadget. I also am selling my games for it...can do it as a deal or seperate. Advanced Wars 2 (my favorite game) $16 Sonic Advance 2 $13 James Bond Nightfire $13 Driver 2 $11 Spyro (ice or fire game, I forget) $12 All the games come with original package, w/ instructions.
