GBA-ROM Interface
I'm currently doing a school design project using GBA, and I am having a little trouble building the cartridge. It would be great if anyone could give me some information. My question is that I realized that GBA-ROM interface has 16 data lines, but I also realized that many of the commercial GBA cartridges use only 8bit ROMs, ie. AT29LV512. I looked at some information on Header Information of GBA ROM file, and ROM file header doesn't contain any information about the ROM type that is being used. So my question is, how will the GBA know whether it is 16 or 8 bit data that it is working with. Or, should I worry about this problem at all? Will the GBA handle that automatically?

Thank You
