Fuzzy Head!
I had a fuzzy and heavy head Sat. and Sun. morning. I wasn't drinking :p , I'm not sick and no allergies. I know I wasn't eating enuff starchy carbs but I also wasn't taking Udo's consistently, so I know it wasn't enuff. Could that possibly be a reason? Our brain need the e.f.a's, right?

yes it does. Could be a million reasons why though... hard to say what it is, or was.
