Follow Up
Hullo! Hugo, your freindly neighborhood photgarapher here! I hope everyone who had pictures taken at the Valentine's Day Ball are still enjoying thier photos! A reminder, though. I do weddings, baby showers, and any other special event you can think of. And my wife would be more than happy to put together a personalized souvenier album for each and every occation. I enjoyed doing business with all of you and look forward to being of service in the future!
My husband and I really like your work. I have that Valentine's Day photo on ur mantel at home. My son, Valentino and his girlfreind, Kiesha, really like the souvenier keychains you made for them. Maybe you'll hear from us about doing baby books for my daughter and myself.

We were exceptionally pleased with our set of portraits from the Valentine's Day Ball. So much so in fact that we are considering a commissioning a full set of family portraits, taken here at our home on Earth. However, we will not be able to schedule a sitting right away, as our daughter has entered her confinement with her first child. However, after the birth, we would be delighted to talk about working with your calendar to schedule an extended shoot in Colorado. Please be assured that we are prepared to make whatever arrangements are necessary for you and your staff to be comfortable in our home.

That should not be a problem. I'm sur arrangement can be made. My wife and I are willing work around your schedule to make things convenient for you (unless it involves sunlight, of course). It's all about what the customer wants, I say. I'm looking forward to working with you once again!
