my version of an iced coffee treat :
chill your brewed coffee in the fridge til cold.
take some ice cubs crush them with a blender
add your favourite type of protein best if chocolate or vanilla
mix all together makes for a nice cool, refreshing shake and feels like you just made a trip to starbucks without the guilt of having the creamy littered real drink!

if you love the cookies and cream try this!!!
depending how big of a serving you want....add as much ice you want and crush it in some water ( using a heavy duty ice crushing blender)...add in 1-2 scoops of this magical stuff and you have yourself some homemade protein ice cream..
you can do this with ANYTHING - frozen berries/ice/protein...get creative... you may never really want to go back to the real deal!

made the cookies and cream this morning and i love it! i'm an icecream addict and this really fullfills my cravings, i put raspberries and strawbrerries in it. I have plain vanilla i'm going to try this afternoon and blend the ice with real vanilla beans. thank you christine. any more ideas? I'm trying the coffee one tomorrow.

go up and down the grocery store isles and think outside of the box!!!
- try some extracts ( mint, maple, vanilla, rum....)
- cinnammon is a must with me..this can be added to almost anything!
- something that peaks an interest but may seem gross or weird may actaully end up being AMAZING!!
- i am a peanut butter junkie ( when not dieting ) try adding some in with protein...add a bananna and you have yourself a PB + Bananna shake....or for some more sweetness add in honey ( natural sugar ) or jam!
