The following coded list is designed to accomplish the following:

1. Permit individual freedom
2. Originality of employees to alleviate frustration
3. To provide clear and concise and effective means of communication to others while not offending customer relationships or others with sensitive ears who may be within hearing range.

To avoid mistaking the communication numbers with job numbers, telephone extensions, or other identification numbers, the management has assigned numbers from 800 and 900 numerical sequences to be utilized for your convenience and clarity.
