E=mc^2
Everyone's heard of it...Einstein's famous equation explaining the relationship between matter and energy. Here's a page with a fiendishly simple explanation of exactly what it means.

E=mc^2

This principle is what ignites stars to shine.

e=(mc)2
energy could also equal to or be the result of lots of mass communication!!!

:)

Mass communication could cause inner light to shine!!

Re: E=mc^2
not intending to veer the topic too greatly, but do you think there is an major reason in which the speed of light is such a tremendous factor in the equation?

I belive that the speed of light is really a barrier more so then just a simple number (heh, well I suppose simple doesn't quite describe it). What is it a barrier to though? I belive it is the first barrier to a higher dimension, if this makes sense. If you take a particle and accelerate it to a higher speed (close to the speed of light), the particle is elevated within our dimension making the barrier between that particle and our outside particles very different causing a fluctuation in time... Time begins to slow for that particle. Is that just science fiction and undoubtedly will never occur? No, actually it happens all the time. Right now there are particles called Mesons flying through your body after swooping down from the atmosphere. Technically it is impossible for them to reach us for their speed and lifespan make it so that it "dies" before it would reach us... but it does. This is due to the speed in which it travels, near the speed of light, ergo time slows for it.

So what would happen if a particle would reach the speed of light? That would blatantly mean it reaches the higher dimensional speed and thus would become energy... but energy is obviously within our dimension and can be witnessed by our own eyes. This is due to, I belive, the way that the two dimensions "over lap." Energy can not be created nor destroyed only transferred to matter which can not be created nor destroyed but transferred to energy. Obviously we cannot create nor destroy anything because it is constantly coexisting within dimensions. If you take and create a "bend" in our dimensional space time using gravity (which is easily done) we can slow the speed of light now to nearly the speed of sound. This is a curvature which is so great it can effect the higher dimensions and may be our chance at utilizing them.

Hrmm, well I rather stop here and see what you think...

Re: E=mc^2
The alleged time dilation effects haven't been brought anywhere near to being fully studied. As my own hypethesis, I propose the 'light speed barrier' may only refer to instantaneous accelaration and not velocity. Still, that doesn't discount current theories and I'm far from being a master of the subject... I don't know the details and not many people do --but for the record, I still see a definite possibility that current light speed theory is way off-course.
