Disibility
If you recieve a state disibility check, is this monies taxable. and if so is it fully taxable or what?

It all depends on whether or not you received monies in excess of your base. The base is as follows: $25K, if filing single, $32K, filing marries and $25K, filing married but spearate returns.

State disability may not be not Social Security (or Social Security disability).

I think he may be referring to (California) SDI, which would have different rules (with that last $25K replaced by $0).
