Disciplines?
I was reading about the disciplines, when it said they are not independant on each others refresh timers. Does that mean if you use one that has refresh timer of 60mins that you can use any more disciplines at all no matter what their timer is for 60mins? Thanks

yeah.. if you use one that takes 60 min to refresh you can't use any other one even if they only take 15 min to refresh.
