Diet
Alan could you please critique my diet for me:
Breakfast:Maple Pecan Cereal (9g sugar)
Apple
Green Tea
Snack:Water, pretzels
Lunch:Grilled vegetable sandwich-whole grain bread,summer squash,carrots ,onions
water
Snack-Bannana
Super-Salmon fillet, rice,some sort of vege
What is a healthy diet to follow? For new years i want to cut out meat. Just eggs, turkey,chicken and fish. Is that good? I also want to get rid of white breads and no eating after 6. Any other good ideas?

I would like to see some protein in each of your meals. Depending on your training intensity, ride time, cardio etc. you may need to up your calories to make sure you are not at a deficit when you need it.
