 Depreciation schedule...
I was wondering if anyone can confirm that non-permanently-affixed personal property, such as blinds, for residential real estate, are 7 year GDS/12 year ADS property. I can't find anything to the contrary in pub 946, and that's the default for unspecified personal property.

Dollar amount? $462. But you can't use section 179 for rental property.

This is an expense item not an assest to be depreciated.
