Darrin what your take on Dairy products?
Hi Darrin, you recomend cottage cheese as last meal (snack) before bedtime due to its slow digesting protein profile. Is it just off-season or even in precontest prep? Most athletes male and female I know stay away from dairy even up too 3 months out of the comp? Some girls say their cellulite and water retention gets worst with dairy products. Where do you stand on this one?

Cheers for that Phew I can eat my cottage cheese in peace Now I have to work on that cappuccino bomb I have been having not too much milk there but the massive amounts of Sweet cocoa powder on top is another story Hey you said simple sugar is fine after workouts Just kidding,just kidding
