Darrin what your take on Dairy products?
Hi Darrin, you recomend cottage cheese as last meal (snack) before bedtime due to its slow digesting protein profile. Is it just off-season or even in precontest prep? Most athletes male and female I know stay away from dairy even up too 3 months out of the comp? Some girls say their cellulite and water retention gets worst with dairy products. Where do you stand on this one?

personally I havent experienced any of that. I generally stay away from milk since there are way more carbs that protein and simple carbs at that.

I have clients get good and ripped still eating cottage cheese and taking whey or blended proteins. Different strokes for different folks.

Cheers for that;) Phew I can eat my cottage cheese in peace:p Now I have to work on that cappuccino bomb I have been having:\ not too much milk there but the massive amounts of Sweet cocoa powder on top is another story:rolleyes Hey you said simple sugar is fine after workouts:hat Just kidding,just kidding:lol
