Crucible rules, particularly Taizu's transport
I know that this rule seems to stick in a lot of craws, probably because it is so asymmetrical and changes the game dynamic so dramatically by making Taizu the focus of hostility.
Does anyone have alternate suggestions which both help Taizu and strenghten its game at sea? None of the powers has much in the way of a special naval ability, but I'd like Taizu to have something along those lines.
