Calcium/Magnesium (SP?)
If I'm taking a multi-vit/mineral with calcium 150mg and maganese1 mg, would I need to take an additional cal/mag. supplement or just and additional calcium? I really only have cottage cheese and sometimes yogurt as dairy.

Thanx,

Ange

Re: Calcium/Magnesium (SP?)
Ya, its always recommended to take additional calcium. There isn't much in a multi due to the size of the tablet. I always take an extra cal/mag before bed. It helps me sleep better as well as keeping my bones healthy.
