CREAMY LEMON PIE - 4 pts.
CREAMY LEMON PIE
1 3/4 Cups Fat Free Milk
2 Packages White Chocolate Pudding
1 (6 oz.) Can Frozen Lemonade Thawed
1 8 oz Lite Cool Whip Thawed
1 Ready Made Graham Cracker Crust
Pour Milk into Large Bowl. Add Pudding. Beat with Whisk for 30 seconds. Add Lemonade, beat for another 30 seconds. Mixture will be thick. Immediately stir in Cool Whip Spoon into crust. Refrigerate for 4 Hours. Garnish with Lemon slices, if desired.
Makes 8 servings
Per serving: 200 calories, 7 grams fat, 1 gram fiber
