LA Moderator Posts: 55 (17/4/06 16:14) Reply	Re: CLA my recommendation would be this...to reduce body fat take 6 grams per day (usually they come in 1000mg caps)so that would be 2 caps 3 times a day. But if you've already acheived your desired body fat level, take 3 grams per day (1 cap 3 times a day) day for maintanance.

LA Moderator Posts: 112 (5/5/06 7:45) Reply	Re: CLA Udo's Oil is a brand name of Essential Fatty acids-omega 3-6-9's .."Good Fats" when you eliminate all the saturated and bad fats from diet you must replaced them with the good ones. There are lots of different companies that produce this type of oil, just the Udos is the most known. You need the fats for overall well being and fat loss, regulating hormones, heart, skin...and almost every other function in the body. It doesn't taste the best on its own--so usually people mix it in different foods (you can't heat it though) and some of the hardcore/dedicated ones will take it 'straight' up.
