I dont own it (yet) but I've heard a coupla songs, which i like cos they are mad and fast and fun & @#%$ entertaining. I like the picture on it too.

Barely Legal
Barely Legal is a wicked album. it does sound different to anything else by the hives since about 1998, because before then The hives played more punkrock, than garage punk. the songs are harder, faster, heavier and generally more punk than anything since Veni Vidi Vicious.
If you listen to anything barely legal or earlier (aka idiot ep, oh lord! when? how? ep etc.) then it all sounds very dfferent to all hives since Veni Vidi Vicious.
Both different types of Hives still rock in my opinion, its just that some people only like one type of their music, and dont really like the other.
