Mr. Greyer, it has come to our attention that a recent new arrival to New Eden may possibly be a child of yours. We would like permission to contact UESC to request a copy of your genetic scan to verify.
The reason we are seeking permission is that one of the Nobles is seeking to adopt the child and make him a Royal Heir to their title and lands. Due to our most recent changes in our laws, all children being sought for adoption by anyone of Royal Blood, Noble Heritage, or titles, are required to put their choices before the Parliament for Ratification. If no one claims the child, then the child becomes the legitimate Heir of the Noble Bloodline in question.

Mr. Greyer has passed on your letter to me, and we have discussed the matter in some detail. At this point, I must advise him against releasing any information. Mr. Greyer has no knowledge of this alleged child, and we would have to see any information that points to Mr. Greyer being the father before we could feel any to turn over personal vital records. I feel obliged to inform you that in Mr. Greyer's home state, no adoption is legal without the signed consent of both birth parents. Perhaps in producing the child's bona fides, you could produce the mother's as well.
Please feel free to direct all further correspondence on this issue to me.

Thank you for your response to this matter. I have been authorized by The Lady Duchess of Huntington, the child's current Guardian, to offer what ever is needed to settle this matter. Including passage to New Eden if Mr. Greyer and company, so wishes.
Included in this letter are certified copies of all records for the child and the mother.

We are in receipt of the requested materials, and after careful review, Mr. and Mrs. Greyer have agreed to travel to New Eden to see the child Jason as soon as arrangements can be made. Additionally, the UESC has authorized the release of Mr. Greyer's personal file to a representative of their choosing, who will make the journey as well to safeguard the materials.
I look forward to meeting with you soon and recolving this matter beneficially for all parties.
