Heh, I'm the expert on being hosted... not really, but I have had all three of my sites hosted right after I start them. It's not to hard. Just go to [pick-me.net] or [find-me.org]. Search through the hosts lists and go onto their sites, and apply on as many as you qualify for. You're more than likely to find atleast one person willing to host your site, depending on what it looks like. If you make your own layouts, then you usually get hosted quickly. Make sure you don't use sticky caps, people usually hate that. Don't use animated gif, and bright backgrounds. Just common sense, and visual appeal gets you hosted.
