I found Darrin's site a few weeks ago via a friend. I started lifting some weights last fall and seemed to be coming along pretty well but I let it go in Dec and have been wanting to get back on the wagon since. I needed some guidance.
I am not looking to be in any competions but I want to be in the best shape of my life. I don't want any jiggling parts!!! I am approx 27% bf and I would like to be down under 20%.
I finally got the guts up to go for it and email Darrin about training. I am hoping that with his guidance I can be buff at last.
I love this site and I have been trying to get through all these posts. Its a great place for support and information.
I hope to be a regular visitor here. Keep up the great work everyone.
I am quite the newbie here as well, but I am no stranger to weight loss, training and nutrition. Even with that said, it seems I still have a lot to learn!
I am amazed at the generosity of both Darrin and LA in regards to the wealth of info they seem to offer here on this site and forum. That kind concern for the health and well-being of others, not even people they personally know, truly speaks volumes to me.
I am sure we can only benefit from participating here!

Hello Wendy! You sound super motivated and excited! I really enjoy reading all you guys are writing to eachother, the input, advise and encouragement.
