American Embargo
If my country, the United States of America, is going to destabilize the Middle East and jeopardize human civilization itself in the name of eradicating the non-existent Iraqi WMD "threat" (Iraq probably has some WMDs, but they exist to counter Israeli and Iranian WMDs and to deter aggression from those two nations, not in order to commit an act of national suicide via an unprovoked attack on the United States), then the other nations of the world need to band together for the purpose of stopping this insanity (and for those who would call me a traitor, no one stands to benefit more from an end to American imperialsim than the American people - after all, it is us, not the elite, who will be dying when Islamist WMDs get used in our cities in response to another few hundred thousand dead Muslims in Iraq and an ethnically-cleansed West Bank).
I call on the member states of the European Union, Canada, Japan, China, Russia, Mexico, Brazil, India, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, South Africa and all other nations of the Earth to issue a joint statement and binding treaty to the effect that if the United States invades Iraq on a pre-emptive basis, that all U.S. goods & services will be banned from their shores and that all U.S. assets in their nations will be summarily frozen. I further call on them to embargo the exportation to the United States of all strategic materials, such as petroleumn, steel, machine tools, etc. Perhaps in this way and in this way only, the world can avoid the hideous specter of a nuclear & biological Third World War.
