Alteria begins development of WMD
Alteria has begun official development of Weapons of Mass Destruction for External Protection of Alteria and her territories.
The announcement made by the head of the Warriors Guild was timed to coincide with the first test of a spam canon designed to attack multi email addresses in a single attack.
Test results were classified but early indications were that the test was sucessful.
This is not the first time Alteria has developed such technology, it was developed 3 years ago during the conflicts related to the Early Treesia/Hubert issues.
