Alteria Restarted
Alteria has been restarted as per instructions received from Citizens and Members of the Alterian National Council.

The head of state position of Chairman is officially disbanded.

The Alterian National Council will be changed from elected members to all citizens as of 10th of September 2003.

Alteria will adopt a form of Direct Democracy effective as of the 10th of September 2003.

The states are officially disbanded and removed from Alteria.

The Alterian Constitution setting down basic rights and laws in Alteria is presently in writing.

These are the first official statements of the Alterian National Council.
