A very sad day indeed
It is every reporters worst nightmare to report on the massive death of thousands of new colonists. Just two days ago a group of people arrived on the first new world of the new system. They called this new world ' Laggos' and hoped it would be better then Earth and New Eden, they were wrong. Last night at 21:00 hundred hours the villinos demon clan stuck with a wave of terror that has not been seen in these parts in untold ages. The carnage was insumountable and the death toll stands at all. The only way we know that it was the demon clan pirates was the fact that they challanged the law to try to take them down and that the law try and die befor lunch. That was the message that was carved in the flesh of a ten year old girl. The leaders of the federation of worlds needs to mobilize for war and soon.

This just in. A dellegation of officals is heading from New Eden to Earth and will arive with in the next week or so. The release to the press is that the two will decide if war is to be in the future, or not.
The mob has said that this is the best thing to hit the system since the death or the old gezzer in along while.
The Silver Hawks have chosen not to respond just yet, but will make a statement in the near future.
In other news the astoids that have been missing from the light year limit have been found. They were orbitting the Oreplanet for the last three weeks and are to be takken back soon.

We have just found out that the duchess of Huntington, of New Eden, Zannatasia Izzabella Verandeau, is in rout to speak to the president of the united leages of planets, Mr. Jeffery Thompson.
The meeting will be about the need to go to war over the death of the colonists in the new system. Please stay tuned for futher updates.

All over New Eden the number of citizens reporting to recruiting offices have increased dramaticly. Since the first attack and subsquent defeat of the Demon Clan Pirates, New Eden has one of the highest precentages of Military Personel anywhere in the Galaxy. Over 50% of New Eden's population are currently serving a 4 year, 6 year, or 10 year enlistment terms. And of the remaining 50%, most have some military training or have served in one of the New Eden Military branches. The number of reinlistments have increased from 25% to 90% for those that are due to leave.
Some World Leaders of the Federation of World once feared that New Eden is going to one day become a Military tyrant and have in the past protested the number of ships in it's fleets. Since the first report of the re-appearance of the Demon Clan Pirates, those protest have been silenced. But there is a concern that the path New Eden is taking is not the right one. It is known fact that New Eden will never attempt a peace settlement with the Demon Clan Pirates.
When asked if it was feared that the economy of New Eden would be damanged with such a high number of Citizens in the Military, the Lord Commander simply shrugged and was reported as saying "We of New Eden have never depended on anything but our own skills. We started out as a Colony of hunters and gatherers, through the hard times we relyed on what nature provided as well as through the good. We did it once and we can do it again. Everyone lost at least one member of their family to those pirates in the past. Everyone has a score to settle with them. We of New Eden know that there is a chance that our world will not survive, that everyone will be slaughtered. But those pirates will know they went up against a tough opponent, not some helpless people that cowarded like sheep at a slaughter house. New Eden might not start a war, but we well let them know we were there. We WILL draw their blood and cut them deep."
Neither the Queen, nor the Royal family were avalible for comment.
A small group of Earth style fighters have been seen leaving the system and heading to the far side of pluto. When the fighters got to the far side the whole divsion was decimated by one lone ship.
Reports keep comming in that the ship looked like an old style pirate ship and that the vessel is now in route to the meeting on Earth. All attempts to try to contact the vessel have failed and so far any ship that comes into the firing range of the ship have been blown up. We strongly advise that if you are in the area to leave soon and not to look back if you value your lives.
