A Snapshot
Her face is elfin, adoring
and adored in the photograph I hold.
Her beauty is unsweetened:
her make-up little, and her pose a simple
here I am. She is my constant book-
mark now, and the reason I slip my hand
into my breast-pocket in the pubs.
