I hate Mon*Star. Nothing against you, but that Planet Bastard's gotten under my skin one too many times and I don't plan on taking it anymore. You obviously hate anything to do with Mon*Star and the Mob, so this is where I can come in; you see, I can help you get rid of Mon*Star.
Mon*Star is a member of an endangered species. According to Limbo law, endangered species are immune to the death penalty. All law enforcement officers have to take him in alive, no matter what. Not too many people are very thrilled about that, so here's my proposition.
The current alliance between the Mob and the MATI have made things incredibly complicated for my plans to out him to be effective. Where you come in is for you to deal with the drug traffic. They've found new ways to distribute, and I don't mean whatever your Copper friend has told you. You'd be amazed what I know about his family, but that's not important. What is important is to make sure what happened to your biological mother doesn't happen to another woman.
I know he's gone after your friend Sundance, and a way to counter that is to reveal Mon*Star's carnal intentions to the MATI leaders. You know how they despise interracial breeding. Dragor's tried to convince Ataka to open his prostitution market to foreigners and he's not giving in. That's how extreme they are.
