6/11/02: Added "Winners' Circle"
I figure that on some boards, there are no forums for happy events. I didn't want the Random Topic Center to be flooded with celebrations, so in the Social Hall category, the Winners' Circle has opened! Any happy news can go right there, like promotions, post counts, birthdays, etc.!
