Re: 6 weeks?????????
They are real, he is going to have to take my word for it. I let myself go over 5 weeks (happens every December) and took the before pics, then the after pics were taken mid Feb. I have actually designed diets for guys with great genetics that were doing everything wrong and they saw similar results in LESS time. These pics were used as marketing material in the gym I work at, members saw me in the change room at the begining of the diet and the end. No question in their minds that it was real.

I will be completely honest about those pics, I was only 11% body fat in the before pic and it was taken after a nice binge. It was more of a bloated stomach than a huge beer belly. THere were no abs to be seen, bloat or not. You can see by the shot of my back that there was a nice layer of fat there.

I only had to loose a little over 10lbs of fat while maintaining muscle in order to achieve these results. Going from 11% body fat to 5.8%, totally doable over 6 weeks. He has to keep in mind that I have been training and doing all sorts of diets for over 12 years. If I don't know what it takes for my body to change rapidly by now I shouldnt be in this business.

This type of transformation is the difference between doing everything right, and doing things half assed (like consuming fat storage foods like RICE CAKES). When you stay in fat burning mode 24/7 your body becomes a fat burning machine. If he was to work with someone like me he would be SHOCKED at how fast his body would change.

I can also add that I lived with one of my highschool friends when he did a contest where he had to lose fat and gain muscle. I think it was a 12 week contest but the results were totally amazing! He lost over 40 pounds of fat and was ripped like crazy......Of course to get results like this you have to be Very dedicated. I can still remember his chicken, lima beans and rice....All the time:p

Anything is possible with the right tools (i.e. Diet, exercise) and a positive attitude.

You hit the nail on the head, dedication. When you are laser focused on the goal there is no temptation or cravings. Clients often complain about peer pressure (its high school all over again) but for me being out with other people is easier to stick to the diet since I like to be a martyr :) When i have trouble is when no one is around to witness the possible cheat.

You have to always determine if the cheat or craving is more important than your goal. Pizza is nice, but being able to take my shirt off in front of anyone and have them admire what they see if nicer!
