My crew seems to be getting faster lately. Before I have the chance to wholesale one, they've already remodelled it completely for retail.

Well, this one has a new roof, new carpet, new paint, new landscaping, 2 bedroom, 1 bath...1.5 acres of land..And it's in the county..Not the city of Centerpoint.

Again, I'll pay a 3% consulting fee to whomever brings me the buyer (and can prove it) of this property.

I'm asking $84,500.00....
