I think Mindi is guest posing at the World Natural qualifiers. Body builder, IFBB Pro King Kamali is guest posing at the Ontario's.

I want to wish Chris Fusco and Lindsay Frigault all the best in there prep to the Ontario's:) :) They are an awesome couple and are going to be tough competition this year!!

I will be there with Allmax and also to cheer on all of our friends that are competing:) :) :)

LA:)

Re: 2006 OPA Ontario Championships
Just so I understand a bit more -- the top 5 placings at the Mississauga show are elidgble to compete here -- but the ladies don't have compete if they don't want to, right?

Are the Ontario's Level 3 then?

Thanx,

Ange

Re: 2006 OPA Ontario Championships
yes, you are correct Ange...the girls who qualify have 2 years to attempt the level 3..if they don't compete within the next two years they have to requalify at the level 2--. At the Ontario's a lot of surprises can happen....there are some girls that come out of nowhere to requalify for the Nationals. Its always a very hard show. Of course...no one has to keep competing--thats a matter of choice...also many competitors will get advice from thier trainers and coaches (if they are good trainers and want the athlete to be successful) to take a year off and work on weak points to come back and go for the win.

Hope that helps:) and makes sense..:)

I'll be there too...
I'll be there at the show for Upper49th and well, as a coach/protanner/butt smacker for my other half, Matt.

He looks killer - so proud of him, he's been dieting for 16 weeks and is looking his best yet. :eek I wish he'd practice his routine though...I can envision it now, the night before, we will be practicing for the 1st time... this is what has happened in the 3 shows he did last year. :) Nonetheless, he always does a great job. :)

Look forward to seeing everyone there. Matt will be shooting with Darrin as well, so I'm excited for the pics. Yeahhhhhhh!!

Lets rephrase that, I will be shooting Matt. We will not be in the same pic as I will look like I am about to drop dead from AIDS compared to him. Everytime I see him he is JACKED!! Im sure he will look awesome this time out too, hopefully I can do him justice with the pics.

Darrin, you're too funny... that comment made me laugh. You're pretty jacked too. Matt is inshape year round... even at 220 he still sports an 8 pack :b
We're pretty excited about the photos Darrin. I usually take his stage pics on my digital, and pretty much everyshow, I chop his head off in them lol...

LA, honestly, he just started to talk about it this week...he wants a beer and a deli meat sandwich with cheese. Beer mostly though.... :rollin Hasn't had a cold one since Christmas...my man deserves one.
