15% Rate of Return (or more) Investors Wanted!!!
As an investor in the state of Alabama, finding great deals is not a problem for me (27 deals in the last 14 months). I buy all types of properties in all areas, using all different methods- owner financing, subject to, cash, options, etc. I am able to find the best properties that will sell at deep discounts if funds are available. CASH IS KING!!!! I am always looking for investors with an interest in earning a guaranteed high rate of return, 15% at this time.
