1 Pine Marten, 35 health, Gnarled oak staff +6, Red Cloak +3
My my, a pine marten dressed up like a certain character on the cover of my copy of the Bellmaker... Hmmmm... Any guesses as to who that might be?
This pine marten is slightly hunched over, looking old and defenseless.... Except for the giant oak staff he weilds.... And the fact that he seems to straighten out, and grow larger whenever he's challenged...

ill take it on.
As in other fights, ill starr off up a three toped oak,my vantage point and throw a cluster of oak balls down beyond him to distract it then loose a shaft out of my long bow at its head.

The Pine Marten sees the oak balls, and is quickly on gaurd. He scans the treetops, looking for Swifteye.
Swifteye fires an arrow at the pine marten, and it barely grazes his cloak.
The pine marten quickly turns to see Swifteye up in his tree, and he thinks up a way to get him out of it...

With a feint (act like im jumping down but grab onto a low hanging branch and swing back up to my original place) I loose another shaft.

Swifteye hits the Pine Marten, but barely, doing 13 damage. The Pine Marten is not poisoned, and has 22 health left.

As I see my freind in danger,I look at the scrawny little bugger and yell EULALIAAAA! as loud as I can,and aim a blow at his head with my axe.He He He he's going to die.

(*Sigh* I know who you were refering to, Slashback. Just want to inform you that bugger is technically a swear... Look it up in the dictionary. It's about as pleasant as 'necropheliac'. Jimbo, my friends called me not, and I therefore could not answer. My comrades sent no e-mails unto me. And it wouldn not matter in the least, for yon calender at mine own computer desk as of yet reads the 26th of October, the last time I had but a spare moment to change it... Get thee mine drift?)
Swifteye does 3 damage. The Pine Marten has 19 health left.
Slashback swings his axe at the vermin, but he was bowled over by Swifteyes attack, saving his life...
The Pine Marten grunts, collects his staff, and pushes Swifteye from off of him.
